The Role
As their new sales consultant/administrator you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly experienced team who are eager to provide training and support for you to become their next superstar. With this in mind, we are seeking a self-motivated and driven person who has had prior experience in building strong relationships, perhaps as a sales assistant or administrator in a real estate/building office or maybe in another sales-related environment.

The Duties
Combine your natural selling abilities with administration whilst learning. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• General contract administration and managing customer enquiries
• Assisting with the management of contract conditions through to settlement
• Building strong relationships with customers, and in particular our builder partners
• Working proactively with purchasers to ensure a smooth settlement process
• Accurately and comprehensively managing the CRM database for each assigned project

Skills & Experience
Finding the right candidate is important to us for this role. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills are vital to be shortlisted for this role:

• Coachable, trustworthy and willing to learn
• Experience in a customer-facing industry
• Prior experience working with a target-driven environment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills; and high attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation 
• Current Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
• Certificate IV in Property will be highly regarded although not essential
