Edge Recruitment was established by Gary Beesley and Jane Carey in 1998. Having worked in the property industry, including as General Manager for a major real estate company in South Australia, Gary identified at the time a demand for quality recruitment tailored to the needs of the real estate industry.



More than 23 years later, the Edge Recruitment brand is stronger than ever, expanding to service a wide range of clients in the property industry. We proudly boast an exceptional understanding of the sectors we specialise in and networks that are second to none.
