Work Hour: Full-time
Description: Looking for a Commercial Conveyancer who also has exposure to land divisions. Must be experienced in this area. Use PEXA online for most of the documentation.
Join one of Adelaide's long-standing conveyancing firms who pride themselves on a range of unique services which can provide end-to-end property conveyancing solutions.
Key requirements:
- Experience with ‘end-to-end’ commercial property transactions including leased investment and owner-occupied properties
- Experience in contract and special condition drafting
- Experience in general document drafting (e.g., caveat, encumbrance, lease assignment, etc.)
- Solid operating knowledge of CATS and PEXA
- Understanding of Retail and Commercial Leases Act and other relevant legislation
- Experience in land and community divisions (preferable but not essential)
- Experience in business settlements (preferable but not essential)
- Experience in attending to settlements in person or electronically
- Experience working within a conveyancing office
