Role & Duties

We are currently seeking experienced, energetic residential property managers and assistants to join our temporary team. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants, this is your chance to shine. With a variety of assignments across Adelaide, we offer a range of opportunities from full portfolio management to specific tasks, including:
  • External Duties: In/outgoing, routine, and open inspections
  • Administration: Advertising, processing applications, and lease preparation
  • Finance: Rent arrears management, trust accounting, lodging/releasing bonds, and invoicing
  • Maintenance: Liaising with tenants and landlords to coordinate repairs and maintenance
Skills & Experience
To succeed as part of our temp team, we’re looking for individuals with at least 12 months of experience in a real estate, property, or building office. Ideally, you’ll be nearing completion or have completed your property management registration. Familiarity with systems such as Console, Property Me, Property Tree, Real Estate Manager, or REST, as well as associated inspection apps, will be highly regarded. A valid SA Driver’s license and your own car are required.
