Facilities Administrator

Facilities Administration (Temp role)
Aged care industry
Full- time hours (8.30am to 4.30pm)
Western suburbs location

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Facilities and Asset Administrator.

This is a great role for an experienced administrator who has worked in a fast paced Facilities and / or Maintenance Administration support role, where you will use your strong attention to detail, positive and engaging personality to coordinate contractors and suppliers for planned and unplanned maintenance and minor works.
This role supports the asset management team by providing service delivery, co-ordination and customer service support.

To be successful in this role you must have :
  • Strong administration and computer skills
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • The ability to start asap
  • Strong attention to details and data entry skills
  • A warm and personable team player
  • A pro-active nature and able to work autonomously
  • Experience following procedures and a compliance whiz
