Project Manager - Refurbishment Projects

The Company
Our client is a well known organisation with a large number of property assets across a range of sites.  

The Role

With a strong client interface, this position will work as part of a project management team to deliver minor capital works, fit outs and refurbishments  along with delivering and scheduling works.

Key duties will include:

  • Consultation with internal clients to scope projects
  • Project works, refurbishment it outs and relocation planning
  • Proactive planning
  • A positive and professional attitude dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Security and Maintenance
  • Work closely with consultants and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Attend site and project meetings
  • Consultation with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Budgetary and document management
  • Scheduling of works
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a project manager who has a track record in successfully juggling a variety of roll outs or upgrade projects with ease and flair.
Strong consultation skills and the ability to to keep projects running on time and on budget will be key to your success. You will thrive on variety and working in a fast paced role.
A background in construction /building project management is essential for this role (Not IT related).

Strong communication and analytical skills, a high level of computer literacy and the ability to manage a high volume of work across a large number of reporting entities is essential.

What's on offer
A Temp contract opportunity with a dynamic project team. 

Standard hours are 37.5/ week  in office opportunity with the head office located in the CBD of Adelaide. No weekend work. 
A car will be provided for any travel undertaken during work hours and a full driving licence will be required for this role along with other checks and a current national police clearance.

This is a great opportunity to broaden your project management skills and work with a highly professional and motivated team.
