About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 100 residential properties with the support of a dedicated team. You will utilize advanced Property Me experience to streamline operations and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100 residential properties with efficiency and professionalism
- Utilize Property Me software for seamless property management operations
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to maintain strong relationships
- Conduct inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Handle maintenance requests and oversee necessary repairs
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Advanced experience using Property Me is essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy laws
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Property Managements Registration and driver’s license
