The Role
The role they are seeking to fill immediately will play a major part in their property management department. As their new Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of just over 100 quality properties, all near the CBD.
As the newest member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current and future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients
- Debtor management
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Business development
- Inspections including quarter routine, entry & exit and open inspections
Skills & Experience
- Someone who loves property management and has at least 3 years' experience in property management (preferable)
- An eagerness to grow with the agency as it grows into new avenues and service offerings in real estate
- Great knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and changes to the SA Residential Tenancies Act
- Knows what it takes to be part of a high functioning team and wants to work in an amazing company culture
