About the Role
Working within an established team of Strata Managers, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities which include project management, meeting facilitation, trades coordination and general compliance administration to support all of these actions. You will rely upon strong communication skills and your commitment in achieving the best outcome for all parties.
Role & Duties
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join this team in a full-time capacity located just outside the Adelaide CBD. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that clients receive an excellent level of service. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provision of professional customer support to Owners and Committee Members in a timely manner
- Liaison with contractors/suppliers
- Co-ordination of insurance claims/work orders/Requests for Quotes & Maintenance
- Create new relationships and build on existing connections
- Preparation of reports and minutes for all meetings
- Liaison with directors with accurate & relevant information to assist budgeting & resourcing
