Administration Assistant

This company is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager. About the Role:
In this role, you will be integral to the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will span across office administration, accounts support, reception duties, IT troubleshooting, and marketing assistance. You will ensure the office operates efficiently and the team has the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Word and InDesign.
- Undertake banking for the Company and Trust Accounts.
- Uphold the company’s Branding Guidelines.
- Organize office events and assist with various projects.
- Maintain the Intranet (SharePoint) and keep the News section updated.
- Attend monthly Meetings.
- Enter creditor invoices and Expense Claim Forms into MYOB.
- Complete Expense Claim Forms for all staff.
- Collate receipts for company credit cards.
- Provide reception support, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, organizing couriers, and handling mail.
- Ensure the meeting rooms and reception area are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with the implementation of the Marketing Plan.
- Post stories to LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Help prepare bi-annual EDMs and the annual Christmas message via Campaign Monitor.
- Update the website via WordPress and create social media content as needed.
