Do you know someone who would be a great fit for one of our roles? Perhaps you’ve seen one of our jobs advertised and a friend or colleague comes to mind?

Due to an increase in demand for talent, we have launched a referral incentive program to expand our candidate network. Refer someone in your professional or personal network and receive a $250 EFTPOS voucher if that person is placed in a role.

Important note: Please ensure you notify the person that you are referring, in case they do not wish to be contacted.

Terms and Conditions

Refer someone from your network and if they are placed in a role, you will receive a $250 EFTPOS card. For your referral to be valid there are a few terms and conditions that apply.

  • The person you refer must not be active on our database.
  • The person you refer must be placed in a temporary or permanent role within 12 months of Edge Recruitment receiving your referral.
  • Any referral must be sent by email and received by an Edge Recruitment staff member.
