The Role
Due to their expansion, we are seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage a growing portfolio of residential properties located in the south-west suburbs of Adelaide.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Address maintenance requests and resolve tenancy disputes professionally
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
- Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Current Property Management Registration (essential)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
