This unique team is committed to providing a complete real estate experience and has a collective expertise across residential, commercial, project management, property management and air bnb.   They are looked on the outskirts of the Adelaide CBD in corporate offices with all modern facilities.  

Role & Duties:

We are seeking a corporate receptionist with strong administrative skills and proficiency in a variety of computer programs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support across the office.   The hours for this role is Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Key duties include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing appointment schedules
  • Handling mail and correspondence
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry for both sales and property management.
  • Utilising various computer programs for office management
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You must be immacualtely presented and proficient in MS Office and other office software.  A real estate or property back ground will be looked upon favourly.
