Property Manager
General Description of the Position
We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our client's business in SA. This is a key role within the property department of a diverse and exciting organisation. You will be responsible for commercial property activities associated with some key sectors of the company's sites as well as forming part of the property team managing a large commercial property portfolio.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee rent collection and manage arrears.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.
• Negotiate lease terms and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• 2 or 3 years working in commercial leasing and or property management.
• Preferably tertiary qualified in a property and have a current valid property License.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
