About the Role

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
• Coordinating and attending strata meetings, including AGMs and committee meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers.
• Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring the timely collection of levies.
• Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in strata or property management (preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of strata legislation in South Australia (or a willingness to learn).
• A current driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required.
