Project Support Officer /Executive Support

About the role

Our corporate client has a need for a highly organised and motivated Project Support Officer / Executive Assistant (Temp) to provide support to a highly valued and fast paced team. 
The ability to organise, adapt and work under pressure and to communicate professionally with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders is essential to this role. 

This role is based on the city fringe and will be full-time office hours. 

Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Project Support Officer (AS03)  supporting a leadership team is essential.

Duties

  • Answering of calls and taking messages in a fast paced environment
  • Processing of forms using an Asset management system
  • Preparation of agenda’s
  • Assisting leadership team in meeting requests/arrangements
  • Preparation and dissemination of meeting minutes
  • High level IT skills for correspondence
  • Project Support Administration
  • The ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders is essential to this role.

  • Efficient and process-driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work Monday to Friday (7.5 hour day)
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong with email compilation and database management
  • Proven experience supporting a leadership team or Executive
Candidates must have a current working with children check and national police clearance.

Although this role is initially until the end of January there is a chance it may lead to longer opportunities.
