Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Body Corporate Consultant to manage a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage meetings, correspondence, and insurance claims, while maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties in compliance with the Strata Titles and Community Titles Act and Regulations.
- Prepare and distribute notices and minutes for committee and annual general meetings.
- Liaise with lot owners, addressing phone and email inquiries within the set KPIs.
- Coordinate insurance claims, work orders, and maintenance requests.
- Oversee the preparation of Body Corporate Certificates and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide Directors with information to support budgeting and resource planning.
- Generate business referrals and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Conduct site visits and maintain close relationships with owners, committee members, and developers.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between various parties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with Strata Master and File Smart applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively use software systems and update records accurately.
- Complies with all OH&S procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Adheres to company policies, core KPIs, and ensures delivery of quality customer service.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; Certificate IV in Property Services preferred.
- Experience in a Body Corporate environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of industry and Body Corporate legislation.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills; self-motivated.
- High level of time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and flexible in adapting to change.

- May be required to undergo a Police Check prior to appointment.
