The Role

Due to their expansion, we are seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage a growing portfolio of residential properties located in the south-west suburbs of Adelaide.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Address maintenance requests and resolve tenancy disputes professionally
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Current Property Management Registration (essential)
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
