About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of Airbnb properties, ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or hotel accommodation. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional service. The position requires flexibility, as some out-of-hours work will be necessary to respond to guest needs and ensure seamless property operations.

Key Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilties will include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of Airbnb properties, including guest communication and bookings.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting property inspections and ensuring properties meet quality standards.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes, including key handovers.
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as updating property listings and tracking expenses.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • A background in hospitality, particularly in hotel or accommodation management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management or booking platforms is highly regarded.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
